Tao called me back about 5 minutes after I left a message this morning, and exceeded my expectations for the rest of the day. He was easy going and flexible about pick up time (I was needing help picking up a craigslist purchase), super friendly, promptly replied to texts, loaded the item by himself so I wouldn’t need to make the trip, unloaded it with me and then offered to help me get it upstairs (and it was a couch, not a lamp or something easy)! All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Junk 911 and won’t hesitate to refer friends and call them again myself.
